Kingsland Coombs has over 30 years of experience in the electronics industry, joining Control Sales in 2012 with the merger of his previous rep firm, Coombs Associates. Kingsland spent his early career at Motorola, Inc. in semiconductor sales and holds a BS in Computer Engineering from the University of Illinois, as well as an MBA from DePaul University. An active member of several rep councils, Kingsland was invited into the ERA White Pin Group in 2019 in recognition of his industry service.

A recognized expert in demand creation, Kingsland has extensive product knowledge across a wide range of technologies, including switches, interconnect, relays, sensors, power solutions, and displays. His deep understanding of these products allows him to deliver innovative solutions to customers and drive growth for the principals he represents.

Kingsland is poised to lead Control Sales into the future by prioritizing technical training, value-driven selling, and the strategic use of Principal resources—leveraging both technical expertise and digital tools. Under his leadership, Control Sales is well-positioned to meet the growing demand for electro-mechanical solutions across high-growth industries, including aerospace, off-road vehicles, power controls, factory automation, food equipment, and medical devices.

When he is not working, Kingsland enjoys strength training, tennis, golf, following Chicago sports teams, and spending time with his family.

Diana Nawrocki joined the Control Sales team in 2020, following the merger of her rep firm, ESA Technical Marketing. With over 20 years of outside sales experience in the electro-mechanical product space, Diana has worked with major OEMs across Illinois and Wisconsin, delivering exceptional results and building lasting partnerships. A graduate of Lake Forest College with a degree in Business and Sociology/Anthropology, Diana also competed as a collegiate swimmer, demonstrating her drive and commitment early on.

Diana brings expertise in LED solutions, connectors, sensors, power solutions, and transformers and magnetics. Her product knowledge and customer-focused approach enable her to provide tailored solutions and drive demand creation for the principals she represents.

In her spare time, Diana enjoys staying active, prioritizing fitness, and spending quality time with her family.

She also has significant experience working with medical and industrial applications, particularly in factory automation, food equipment, and industrial controls. Based out of our Brookfield, Wisconsin office, John manages a territory that spans the greater Milwaukee area, northern Wisconsin, and Minnesota, building strong relationships with OEMs and distributors alike.

John has product knowledge across a wide range of components, including switches, sensors, relays, circuit protection, passives, thermal management, and interconnect solutions. With a strong background in medical and industrial applications, John has worked with controls, power systems, food equipment, factory automation, packaging equipment, and more. His ability to navigate complex sales cycles and provide value-added solutions makes him a trusted resource for his customers.

Throughout his career, Larry has excelled in roles with industry-leading organizations, including Avnet, Heilind Electronics, and Future Electronics, where he worked with engineers and supply chain teams to deliver tailored solutions for complex design challenges. Larry holds a B.S. in Biomedical (Electrical) Engineering from the Milwaukee School of Engineering.

Larry’s extensive expertise spans technical product sales, account management, and field applications, with a deep understanding of components such as microcontrollers, power devices, wireless modules, and connectors. He has supported a range of key suppliers and customers, managing accounts with multimillion-dollar revenue and earning recognition for his outstanding performance and customer-focused approach.

Based in Brookfield, Wisconsin, Larry continues to leverage his technical background and passion for customer success in his role as an Account Manager for Southeast Wisconsin.

Prior to joining Control Sales, Mary held key leadership positions, including Regional Sales Manager at Sensata IS from 2015 to 2020 and District Manager at WESCO Distribution from 2012 to 2015, where she played a critical role in sales strategy, customer engagement, and business development. She also spent several years as a Branch Manager at WESCO, leading teams and driving sales growth in key markets.

Mary has deep product knowledge in switches, sensors, relays, transformers, and magnetics. With vast experience in industrial applications, Mary has worked extensively with applications in factory automation, transportation, and agriculture industries. Her strong relationships with customers and suppliers make her a valuable partner in helping clients navigate complex product and supply chain decisions.

A long-time resident of Cedar Rapids, Mary covers Iowa and the Quad Cities, providing hands-on support to OEMs across the region.

Prior to joining Control Sales, she spent 24 years at Arrow Electronics as a Sales & Marketing Representative, where she built and maintained influential customer and supplier relationships.

In her current role at Control Sales, Susan actively engages with strategic distributors to increase brand awareness, generate buddy calls, and identify target accounts. She facilitates distributor trainings, technical shows, and lead generation efforts to strengthen partnerships and drive sales growth. Additionally, Susan collaborates closely with branch managers to promote new product lines, ensuring strong distributor engagement and support for Control Sales’ expanding portfolio.

Based out of Brookfield, Wisconsin, Susan manages relationships with distributor branches across Illinois and Wisconsin, ensuring seamless collaboration between manufacturers and their distribution partners.

Beyond her professional role, Susan is an Advisory Board Member & U.S. Chapter Council Lead for Women in Electronics, where she helps advance women in the industry through mentorship, leadership development, and networking initiatives.

Julie’ current role involves managing opportunity tracking, reporting, commission processing, design win management, and CRM administration to ensure seamless sales operations. She serves as the central point of contact for opportunities with select principals, updating opportunity databases, and ensuring timely submissions. She also provides detailed opportunity and commission reports to sales teams, principals, and leadership, highlighting key metrics and tracking progress. With her process-oriented and analytical approach, Julie supports the field sales team, troubleshoots system issues, and enforces best practices to optimize sales performance.

In her free time, Julie enjoys diving into good books, watching movies, and exploring her favorite music.

In her current role, Lisa provides comprehensive customer and sales support, ensuring seamless opportunity management and distribution coordination. For select principals, she oversees quotes, samples, orders, inquiries, and special pricing, while maintaining opportunity databases and tracking commissions and splits. Additionally, Lisa plays a key role in distributor engagement, managing registrations, coordinating activities, and assisting with training and trade shows. Leveraging her technical expertise and analytical skills, she evaluates first-time buy activity, identifies emerging accounts, and contributes to strategic business reviews with her proficiency in Office 365 and data analysis.
