At their manufacturing facility in the suburbs of Chicago, Shape operates a lean thinking production philosophy; practices JIT cell manufacturing with one-piece flow; and is committed to quick turn prototyping through the use of a dedicated cell.
Shape products include:
- Innovative transformer solutions including custom electric transformers and magnetic assemblies
- Up to 250KW capacity including electronically controlled ferro-resonant, ferro-resonant/constant voltage, high-power regulating UV ballasts, inductors, isolation, and auto transformers
- Applications include airport lighting and security systems, UV-curing and water purification, power conditioning, and more
