After more than two decades of dedicated service to Control Sales—and a successful career in the electronics industry—we are honored to celebrate the upcoming retirement of Dave Miller, Account Manager for the Chicagoland region, the southern suburbs, and central Illinois.

Dave joined Control Sales in 2001, bringing with him extensive field sales experience from both a major distributor and another respected local rep firm. From day one, he has been a trusted partner to customers and principals alike, building strong, lasting relationships with OEMs across the region.

Throughout his tenure, Dave has leveraged his deep expertise across a wide range of electro-mechanical components, including interconnect solutions, passives, solid-state relays, sensors, and power solutions. His product knowledge extends beyond the technical—Dave has an ability to understand each customer’s unique challenges and deliver tailored recommendations that make a tangible difference. His experience in industrial applications—especially in food equipment, security, transportation, and wire & cable—has made him an invaluable resource for countless engineers and purchasing teams.

Outside of work, Dave is known for his love of golf, his involvement in local charities, and his loyal companionship with his dogs. We know he’s looking forward to enjoying more time on the course, giving back to the community, and embracing the next chapter with the same enthusiasm he brought to his career.
